Würth do Brasil, aligned with the Group worldwide development, implemented the Würth Akademie project, a business school exclusively dedicated to its employees.
The goal is to create a solid base for the training of these people, giving them the opportunity of development inside the Group.
The contents approach technical, commercial and administrative topics, and are divided into three parts: sales’ school, leaders’ school and academy.
The Sales’ school will be oriented to the training and upgrading of our sales net, opening the way for growth in other Group directions.
The Leaders’ school will be in charge of training our “brains” - those who will have the privilege of guiding our human capital in their careers. Finally, the Academy will be dealing with the development of the training and improvement programs for our inner board of employees.
